9 months on the shelf. In the past our product had to be kept refrigerated at all times and only lasted 60 days. Now you only need to refrigerate after opening. However, we highly recommend puttting it in the fridge for at least an hour before enjoying it!

We proudly do not add any preservatives (or artificial ingredients) to our product! Through gentle pastuerization we are able to extend the product shelf life to 9-12 months unrefrigerated.
